General terms and conditions

- Orders can be placed at: www.ateliermidsummerseve.nl
- Orders have to be payed in advance by bank or mail order. We do not accept paypal!
- Please note that Atelier Midsummer's Eve can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the mail or damaged during shipment, you can be assured we will do our best to pack the parcels in a proper way. The standard for shipping is by insured shipping, unless the customer wishes it to be sent in a different fashion.
- All prices are in euro's and include vat (subject to type-errors and price-changes).
- Whe try to send out your order within 3 working days, subject to availibillity. Order are shiped out on wenesday. When an article you have order is no longer availible, we will contact you by email.
- Patterns and books cannot be exchanged!
- It is sometimes possible to come and collect your order. If you wish to do so, please contact us to make an appointment.
- By placing an order you agree to our general terms and conditions.
- Atelier Midsummer's Eve cannot be held liable in case of problems beyond our control (power failure, network black-outs etc.).
Atelier Midsummer's Eve is registerd with the Chamber of Commerce in Venlo under nr. 12067029 and is housed in Belfeld (the Netherlands)
